We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition merchandise and music media must be returned in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
